- Expanded scope as of Nov 3, 2025. LinkedIn's Privacy Policy effective Nov 3, 2025 lists the additional regions. PCMag's Nov 5, 2025 update confirms EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, and Hong Kong.
- Opt-out is forward-looking. LinkedIn's help center states the opt-out controls future use of your data.
